镇 = 真 + 钅 : James II of England (zh) had the replicator (真) create too much food and now he forces (镇) it down the encampment's toilet ((e)n4) using a golden harpoon (钅).

痛 = 甬 + 疒 : Tommy Turtle has a terrible disease. In engine's bathroom, he discovered by looking into a mirror that he has a very colorful rash. He also has a terrible headache, just as if someone were to let yongzhong bells ring right next to his head.

剂 = 刂 + 齐 : Joan of Arc (ji) is preparing a dose (剂) of her medicine in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). Usually she uses a gong as a nice and flat surface to prepare her medicine, but today only the drum is ready (齐). She distributes her medicine evenly and nicely on the flat surface using a kitchen knife (刂).
